In addition to ELISA and Lateral flow Assays, we manufacture conventional diagnostic kits also. We offer contract manufacture of all kinds of Rapid and ELISA kits on OEM terms.

The following Contract manufacturing facilities are available with us
Lateral flow Assay Products :

Two automated manufacturing line with Coating, lamination, drying, assembly and packing. Installed capacity is 200000 Tests per day. We have three dehumidified assembly units with RH maintained below 15%.

ELISA Products

Installed capacity of 1000 Plates per day with automated plate coating systems, Drying facility and Vacuum Packing.

Biosensor Products:

Automated Printers for making SPCE(screen Printed Carbon electrode) with dedicated coating and packing line for Biosensors. Suitable for making SPCE based glucose sensor strip and other electrochemistry sensors

Serology and liquid filling

Class 10000 filing suits consist of automated filling lines for glass vials and ophthalmic dropper bottles under CLASS 100 work stations. Additionally separate filling line for small volume manufacture for filling volume till 10ml. the facility also have formulation facility, Sterilization units and serology manufacturing facility with BS Level 3 Negative pressure rooms
